Reservations

Complete our online reservation request or call 800-664-9143 with a one night deposit to guarantee reservation. Advanced reservations are required.

  • Change of Reservation: 10 day notice required for modification or cancellation.

  • We prefer you call toll free to make changes.  If you use email, don't assume it is received until you get a response.  

  • Changes include:

    • Cancellation or Change in arrival/departure date.

      Unless appropriately rescheduled or cancelled within the time frames above, guests are responsible for the full reservation amount.

    • Change in the makeup of your party

      If you arrive with extra people or pets not on the reservation, it may result in us charging you additional fees, requiring you to take additional rooms (if available) to match our stated capacities below, or immediate forfeiture of reservation without refund, at our discretion. 

  • Rates vary, number in party, self-catering vs. breakfast service, pets, etc.  Please refer to our rates page and contact us for a specific quote matching your circumstances.

  • We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you have.  Please let us know when you make reservations. Breakfast  is served 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.  Please let us know in advance if you need earlier or later arrangements.

  • We are a non-smoking facility, with smoking allowed only outdoors in designated areas.

  • Since we have our personal horses on the property, all guests must complete a Release & Hold Harmless Agreement.

  • Pet policy - make prior arrangements if you are traveling with a dog or horses.  Ours are the only cats.  Some fees apply.   See more info below.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 am and check-in after 3:00PM.  If you are going to be later than 8PM, we appreciate a call.  We are flexible on check-in and check-out depending on schedule and other reservations.

  • Payment is by PayPal, cash and personal check.

Pets

Dogs and horses are welcome as detailed below and we will do our best to make them feel at home.

We enjoy our animals and know having yours with you can enhance your vacation.  However, anytime animals are introduced to a strange situation, things may not go as predicted.  If you are bringing a dog or a horse, we require a signed liability release form. Dogs

Please bring your dog's bed so he/she will be comfortable and have something familiar.  You are also welcome to use the property for walking, running, playing with your pet but please keep them away from the horses.  Should there be a problem, we will ask you to keep your dog away from the other animals and with you -- either inside, or in our outside kennel, or on a leash.

Horses

If you are traveling with your horse(s), we can provide "lodging" in a safe and comfortable area.  We have several pens separate from our horses and a long narrow corral for lots of room to stretch.   Be sure your horse's shots are current and you have negative Coggins test.

Horse trailer: Our driveway entrance is up a slight hill  - but we have never had an issue.  Please discuss with us any concerns regarding your trailer access. We drive a Ford F350 with a bumper hitch three horse slant trailer without any trouble - I usually put it in 4WD because the drive and road are dirt. We have an area near the barn and corrals to park your trailer.  If you are staying in your trailer living quarters we can provide electricity access.
